IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Union Hospitality and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
