IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Rivermark Basin Energy is an energy provider in Dallas focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 852 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
