IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Greenridge North Manufacturing is a Spokane manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
