IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Cedar Willow Property Management is a Wichita property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
