IT Support Specialist - device setup (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Water Authority Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
