IT Support Specialist - device setup (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Union Facilities Group looks after properties across the Raleigh region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
