IT Support Specialist - device setup (Portland, OR)

Bright Wilder Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Portland area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
