IT Support Specialist - device setup (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
