IT Support Specialist - device setup (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Rowan Health Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
