IT Support Specialist - device setup (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vale Community Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
