IT Support Specialist - device setup (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Phoenix, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
