IT Support Specialist - device setup (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Wilder Construction is a Phoenix contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
