IT Support Specialist - device setup (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Financial serves customers across Phoenix with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
