IT Support Specialist - device setup (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Union Facilities and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
