IT Support Specialist - device setup (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 277 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
