IT Support Specialist - device setup (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Corner Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Philadelphia area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
