IT Support Specialist - device setup (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Meadow Insurance is an insurance company in Philadelphia with claims and service teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
