IT Support Specialist - device setup (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Juniper Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
