IT Support Specialist - device setup (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Yarrow Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
