IT Support Specialist - device setup (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Omaha focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. We invest in training. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
