IT Support Specialist - device setup (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Haven Property Management looks after rental homes across the Omaha area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
