IT Support Specialist - device setup (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pike Insurance and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
