IT Support Specialist - device setup (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Meadow Markets Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
