IT Support Specialist - device setup (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Cobalt Construction Group is a Nashville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
