IT Support Specialist - device setup (Nashville, TN)

Bright Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Nashville serving students and families, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 642 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
