IT Support Specialist - device setup (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Associates is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loads and lanes.
