IT Support Specialist - device setup (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Cross Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
