IT Support Specialist - device setup (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Pine Water Authority and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
