IT Support Specialist - device setup (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Drift Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
