IT Support Specialist - device setup (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Milwaukee region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
