IT Support Specialist - device setup (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Wren Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Miami, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
