IT Support Specialist - device setup (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Miami with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Miami. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
