IT Support Specialist - device setup (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Memphis region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
