IT Support Specialist - device setup (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the Memphis region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
