IT Support Specialist - device setup (Madison, WI)

Summit Union Legal Group is a law firm in Madison serving businesses and individuals, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people based in Madison. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
