IT Support Specialist - device setup (Madison, WI)

Stonegate River Financial serves customers across Madison with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
