IT Support Specialist - device setup (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Civic Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
