IT Support Specialist - device setup (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Associates moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Louisville. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
