IT Support Specialist - device setup (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Hollow Telecom is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
