IT Support Specialist - device setup (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Drift Civic Services works with county and city offices around Louisville, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
