IT Support Specialist - device setup (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Learning Group is an education provider in Little Rock serving students and families. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
