IT Support Specialist - device setup (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Fern Foods Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 972 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
