IT Support Specialist - device setup (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Ashton Foods is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 697 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
