IT Support Specialist - device setup (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
