IT Support Specialist - device setup (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Little Rock with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
