IT Support Specialist - device setup (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Property Management and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
