IT Support Specialist - device setup (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
