IT Support Specialist - device setup (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Iron Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Las Vegas area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
