IT Support Specialist - device setup (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Meadow Insurance is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
