IT Support Specialist - device setup (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Granite Manufacturing is a Las Vegas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
